BF4 Single player Campaign progress lost (Xbox One)

Has anyone gotten a response? Finished campaign along with all items/weapons just disappeared from my console. I see that this problem has been going on for a REALLY long time, that patches had reportedly fixed it and yet it's still occurring. C'mon, EA.

    Thats why I subsequently sold my game when it happened to me as well, never to support EA games again. They should learn from Rockstar games (GTAV) how to treat their customers

      That really sucks to hear. I've bought plenty of EA games, some multiple times just to be able to play those I have on the 360 on the One, as well. I've never had much problem with any of them on the 360. I recently purchased 2 of the one year EA Access hubs for each account on the One and just pre-purchased Hardline. I genuinely hope I don't regret it, I'm not overly optimistic at this point. Thanks for the reply!
