One of my Battlefield 1 accounts was locked by mistake

Beacuse of my account has been locked, I can't even log in to the forum. I'm currently using a friend's account. The account I need you to review is

I discovered that my EA account has been banned.I haven’t used any cheating software—was my account suspended because my IP address changes frequently? My home is too far from where the servers are located, so I have to use a proxy to play the game smoothly.

My internet latency was terrible that day, so I switched between several proxy servers. I really need that account. It is a beautiful memory for me and my friends.I really need your help.

Unfortuantely we can't help with bans here on the forums. if you want to raise a dispute, you can always reach out to our terms of service team. They can take a look into this for you.

Thank you for your reply. I’ve already tried this method. However, the only responses I’ve received have been from AI and automated replies. I need a staff member to review my account; aside from changing my IP address when absolutely necessary, I haven’t done anything that violates the rules.

I can assure you that disputes are investigated by real humans. You an try reaching out again, but ultimately they have the final say when it comes to bans.
