BF4 Single player Campaign progress lost (Xbox One)

I've lost all my single player campaign progress on Battlefield 4 - I avoided playing the game until the stability patch was released on 19th December. I started single player campaign around 21st December, I turn on my xbox one today to find I have lost all my progress and the game is asking me to start the campaign again.

I thought this issue was resolved? What steps can be taken to restore my saved progress?

That really sucks to hear. I've bought plenty of EA games, some multiple times just to be able to play those I have on the 360 on the One, as well. I've never had much problem with any of them on the 360. I recently purchased 2 of the one year EA Access hubs for each account on the One and just pre-purchased Hardline. I genuinely hope I don't regret it, I'm not overly optimistic at this point. Thanks for the reply!

I don't know how true it is, but I read recently that it had been fixed. Clearing your cache, uninstalling and then reinstalling is supposed to remove the bug. I don't know anyone who's tried or accomplished the fix, either. I've been rewarded zero progress and an empty inventory after completing, and during, the campaign enough. I gave up and stopped trying when Hardline came out.

I completed Tashgar and i took i break. While i returned to finish the final mission Suez, i was astonished to see that all my campaign progress had gone. really annoying dice. you guys need to fix this

January 14 2017, still an issue. lost so many times my progress I have just gave up with Battlefield 4 and I wont be buying Batllefield 1. I was planning to buy it tonight but this is bs.

Still an issue in December 2017. If they ever cared at all I expect they plain don't any more.

Unbelievable, surely unacceptable. But since BF1 is out now, I suppose they don't care. No problems with BF1 save files though and what an awesome game, SP or MP.

Sunk 5 hours into this PoS yesterday, quit to menu, shut down the console, came back to it this morning and all progress reset. Absolutely appalling and shameful that nearly 7 years on from release EA/DICE never fixed this. Uninstalled and won't be purchasing any EA games in future. Ta.
