BF4 slow Movement speed

My friends movement speed is at about 50%we have tried re-installing but that didn't change anything.&nbsp;any help is welcome!!&nbsp;thanks in advance!P.s. all drivers are up to date&nbsp;

That is a weird issue. Could you please provide us some details about your PC and your FPS in game?
How did you checked that your movement speed is about 50% and did you changed your keybindings or use any kind of gaming device (mouse, speedpad etc.)?
