BF4 slow Movement speed
My friends movement speed is at about 50% we have tried re-installing but that didn't change anything. any help is welcome!! thanks in advance! P.s. all drivers are up to date

That is a weird issue. Could you please provide us some details about your PC and your FPS in game?
How did you checked that your movement speed is about 50% and did you changed your keybindings or use any kind of gaming device (mouse, speedpad etc.)?
