BF4 spring update corrupted my whole Playstation 4

So after downloading the 3.8gb file(on my limited and expensive internet) the file was corrupt and caused not only my game but my whole PS4 to crash. I tried deleting the program but then having to download another 3.8gb @ $10 a gb seamed like too much. I then tried another game that previously worked perfectly (hard-line, which I hate thanks visceral) and that too was corrupted and told me so. So now I have to reset all my files and start again.
