BF4 "store says I own BF4 "premium. However I have no access.

I go to BF4 "STORE" and check the list. It says that I own BF4 "PREMIUM". However, when I play the game it says that I need to purchase "premium" to access the expansions. http://battlelog.battlefie...

Are you able to download the DLC if you right click the BF4 icon in your games library and select "show game details" and the right click each expansion covered by premium? Does each expansion using this method say "purchase" or "download"?
