BF4 unable to install "battle load-web-plugin 2.3.2_130

I download the 2.3.2_130 patch "Battle load-web-plugin", and save it. But when I install (Run) the patch it looks like it installed, but it didn't. The install bar runs to almost the end and stops,...

In order to get the plugins to install and work save the plugin setup files to your desktop, close your browser, run them as an administrator. After the setup is finished Battlelog will work as intended.
