BF4 unstable FPS

I was playing BF4 fine until I formated my computer and installed it again. Now my fps is like crazy going from 70 to 1 to 30 to 10 and 70! Even with everything on low. I have a hd7750 and a phenom ...

    Found the problem after alot of tests. After the last update battlefield become unstable with maximized windowed! When i put in fullscreen the game runs smooth but in windowed it has alot of issues. I hate playing on fullscreen so i hope that one day they will fix it!
