BF4 will not start after PS4 game update and installing Naval Strike.

I have BF4 Premium for PS4.  I installed the recent game update and then NAVAL Strike expansion this morning. 

BF4 will not launch now. When I click START, the disk spins up and the intial load screen shows up, but then I am kicked back to the main menu. I tried logging out, restarting, cleaned disk, nothing.

I tried other games and they work fine. Please help.

    I had to let my PS4 set at main menu for about 30 minutes before any options came up . Once they did I got into vanilla maps and was rubberbanding so bad that I leterally couldnt move for 10 second intervals every 4 seconds . On top of that now in gane battlelog shows I have zero freinds playing when I can look at PSN and see all those on . No way to join them . It was bad before but now its much much worse .
