bf4 xbox 360 normal bf4 map hardcore servers missing

Same here. Also there are NO HARDCORE second assault maps AT ALL. not just me either, everyone on my friends list who has SA is having the same issue.... FIX IT ALREADY....PLEASE....

is it solved for those of us who have premium and cant play any S.A maps - hardcore or normal. All I get is 'buy DLC'

There is no solution until it's fixed. This isn't a mega fix, it just requires changing the switch on servers. This isn't something that should take 5+ hrs, yet it has. 

It's not rocket science. This is affecting players that don't have premium, nor any of the DLC. 

Please do not blow smoke at us.  I manage procurement of online systems and I know how difficult it is NOT to reboot servers.  You are now going on 16 hours of continuous downtime.  If you were one of my providers, you'd be owing me 20% credit for the month.

Get off your fat butts, reboot the gorram servers!

58 Hardcore Conquest 
0 Hardcore Obliteration 
5 Hardcore Domination 
13 Hardcore Rush 
1 Hardcore Sqd Dthmatch 
6 Hardcore Team Dthmatch 
1 Hardcore Defuse 
0 Hardcore Air superiority 
2 Hardcore CTF 

This means that in the entire world there are a total of 2064 open player slots (not counting commander which is pointless in Hardcore). 

Use the Battlelog browser and check for yourself.

We are now pushing 20 hours with interuption of service.  Tell me EA, how are you going to compensate me for my lost usage time?

after 36 hours - we still have massive interreptuion of service on hardcore servers.

there are a sum total of 6 hardcore rush servers operating in the entire world according the the Battlelog server browser.

Well, the issue is clearly solved - 48 hours and still a sum total of 8 hardcore servers.  Ergo, the answer from EA is clearly "screw you."
