Please do not blow smoke at us. I manage procurement of online systems and I know how difficult it is NOT to reboot servers. You are now going on 16 hours of continuous downtime. If you were one of my providers, you'd be owing me 20% credit for the month.

This means that in the entire world there are a total of 2064 open player slots (not counting commander which is pointless in Hardcore).

Well, the issue is clearly solved - 48 hours and still a sum total of 8 hardcore servers. Ergo, the answer from EA is clearly "screw you."
