BF4 Xbox One installation for a 12 year old

Purchased Battlefield 4 for Xbox One today.  My daughter (12 years old) attempted to install and play it.  It played fine originally in Campaign mode but when she attempted to play online, it said she wasn't old enough and she filled out an account for EA Origin.  I (her parent) received an email notification that she did this, and now she can no longer load the game or play it.  How do we resolve this problem?  Can Battlefield 4 be played by a 12 year old on the Xbox One?  HELP!!!
