BF4

Hi, recently bought BF4 Premium online. Typed in to redeem code and then nothing happend.

When I go to type in the code again it's now saying the code is in use.

I have tried reloading games/Checking queue etc/relogging and nothing is changing it.

Anybody know what's wrong?
