That graphics card is not supported. You might never get it to run with that computer. There is a chance you might get it to run if you update your graphics card with the newest drivers from Intel at: http://www.intel.com/p/en_US/support/detect

These are the system requirements for the game:

    Recommended:
    OS: WINDOWS 8 64-BIT (with KB971512 Update)
CPU: INTEL QUAD-CORE CPU, AMD SIX-CORE CPU
    MEMORY: 8 GB RAM
GRAPHICS CARD: AMD Radeon R9 290, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760
    GRAPHICS MEMORY: 3 GB
    HARD DRIVE: 60 GB
    DIRECTX 11

    Minimum:
OS: WINDOWS VISTA SP2 64-BIT (with KB971512 Update)
PROCESSOR: Athlon II/Phenom II 2.8 GHz, Intel Core i3/i5 2.4GHz
    MEMORY: 4 GB RAM
GRAPHICS CARD: ATI Radeon HD 5770 (1 GB), NVIDIA GeForce GTX 260 (896 MB)
    HARD DRIVE: 60 GB
    DIRECTX 11

Intel has made exactly one model of graphic adapter, 15 years ago, roughly.  It was junk.  All they offer now is an integrated chip within the CPU, and it has ZERO ram of its own, sharing with the CPU and the main system unit.  This game requires the real thing, not a tinker toy, and only AMD or nVIDIA offer that high quality of video graphics.

I have exaclty the same problem!

I got the game yesterday and installed it.

I tried to start the game, but as soon as i klick on the game itself the loading screen moves for about 1 second and then my laptop freezes!

I tried it multiple times, until about 2am yesterday i could play 3 rounds of hotwire until it froze, and then it froze again after start, so i have to force reboot.

    BF4 runs on High/Ultra with 60FPS

BFH runned the short time on ultra mostly with 60 FPS.

I tried to reinstall my graphics driver.

I tried reinstall DX, Punkbuser, The Game itself.

    i tried CCleaner

    Nothing helps.

    please help!!!!

    System:

Acer aspire V7 Nitro Black Edition

    Intel Core i54210h 2x3.5Ghz

    Nvidia Geforce GTX 860m

    8gb GDDR5

    128gb SSD

    1 TB HDD

Edit: i just read that people having these issues with vsync on Laptops.

You have an entirely different problem. The original poster couldn't run the game because his computer didn't meet the minimum system requirements, you game has run fine and now don't.

So, perhaps you should make your own thread 🙂 And you might want to try

and check if it work if you try playing after a clean boot:
