Hi,
First make sure that your system meets the minimum requirements for the game. If it does, the continue with the following steps:
- Disable Origin in-game
- Right-click your game from within Origin, then select Repair Game
- Update your gpu drivers with a clean installation
- Check out our crashing and freezing article
- If you play on a laptop, setup a gaming profile
- Unplug all non-mandatory USB and other devices from your system
- Try a clean boot to exclude background programs from causing issues

- Attach a dxdiag.txt to your reply by pressing Choose File and double-clicking the DxDiag.txt file that you saved on your system:
