MISSING ONLINE ACCESS

After I played Battlefield 1 at an internet cafe, my online access for this game was blocked. I cannot find any violation records in the penalty log, and Battlefield V and Battlefield 6 on the same account still run normally. Is there any way to resolve this ban? I have been trying to contact customer service but never get a reply.😔

Hi there. We're not able to help with banned accounts over the EA Forums. I recommend you submit a dispute so that Terms of Service can investigate the ban to see if it can be overturned. Instructions for that can be found in the article here. Thanks!
