Hi @NaDZeeM
You are not writing to EA support. Answer HQ is a community based support site = gamers helping fellow gamers.
As for your suggestion, have you tried making another sound device the default and then making the headset the default afterwards?
Hello @Carbonic
Thanks for the clarification. However, I didn't leave any help solution and seems like it's a very hard issue, lol.
I have contacted EA support previously via chat, but he always seems in a hurry, maybe catching the bus ain't easy...He always throw a small answer and leave.
I have the following:
Windows updates - Done
DELL updates - Done
Unpair / Pair - Done
Changing default sound device - working with 3.5mm jack
Headset working with other websites/movies/video/apps - YES, working fine.
Headset working with other gaming platform - YES, steam, working great with all games (almost 8 games)
After struggling, with connect/disconnect the headset, sometimes and I mean like "very few" sometimes it works with BFH. As soon as I turn off my machine and power it up again the second day, it's not working at all.
Playing game with no sound is horrible.
Thanks for your help.
Regards,
Nadim.
