Binoculars won't open
I hold Q to open Binoculars but nothing happens. In the campaign, it says when It tells me to use them it registers that I hit Q but the binoculars don't open.

Sorry to hear about this issue.
Have you tried repairing the game files in Origin, and then try to see if this works?
Sometimes the Campaign might glitch/bug out, and may not work.
Try repairing, and let me know if you're still having the issue.

- This didn't work
- I should mention that it stops working after I pick up an item from a box and the binoculars seem to be taking the place of whatever I pick up. So when I use the weapon, my character drops the binoculars.

Are you still able to get through the Campaign with this issue?
Or is it a requirement to use the binoculars to excel through the Story?
Have you tried anything else to troubleshoot this?

- It's not required But it is extremely annoying
guys, watch this. Only take a weapon from the floor.
This is a known issue, but unfortunately it may take trying to restart the mission a couple times to see if you can pick them up.
