Black Friday Deal ordering problems...
My kid plays this game all the time. He wants the Black Friday deal. So, I went to order it in game on the Xbox and it pulls up a screen asking for a 6 digit access code? What is this? What does it want? I don't have any six digit access code, that I know of. Is this an EA thing? Or a Microsoft thing? There is no helpful information on the screen or anywhere else that I can find. I have had no response from the Battlefield 1 Facebook page. I am trying to spend money on your game. Why is that hard to do?

there's two possible scenarios here. Two Factor Authentication can be activated for both the EA account and the Xbox account.
If you have access to the game and can go to the store, it is probably the Xbox where you set up the code
