Black Screen After Joining Game

Summarize your bug After loading into a game, screen turns black. Unable to see terrain, buildings, weapons, or people, but menus, spawning positions, minimap, crosshair, player icons, and objective icons are viewable.
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Quickmatch conquest (unsure about other game modes) from the main menu, after loading in, it may occur.
Only has happened twice to me since last update, never before.
What happens when the bug occurs? After loading into a new match, the screen goes pitch black. I'm able to see objectives, spawn points, and classes from the spawn map, with a white/yellow static like flash just before I spawn in.
After spawning, I'm unable to see the ground, any buildings, my weapons, or other players as the screen remains black. However, my minimap, crosshair, player icons (green/blue/red class dot above players), and objective icons (A, B, C, D...) still show.
When killed, the follow cam occurs, but the screen still remains black, with the enemy shown as a red outline.
All player controls, such as moving, shooting, etc. work normally.

Unfortunately, my only recording of this bug is a clip recorded on my Xbox One, and I'm unsure if it's possible to attach it to this post.
