Mine is the exact same, however it works with all game modes for me. It sends me back to the xbox home screen whenever i load into a multiplayer game
I'm the same but has only started since fall update. It happens every time I start a new game have to quit and
Restart my Xbox one s to get it all working correctly again.
- Well, that sucks. I haven't gotten the black screen since I posted this, but when I did, it fixed when I quit the game to the main menu, then search for another match.
