Black screen of death Xbox One

So after waking my xbox from being in "hiberation" if i put BF4 into my console and let it start up or while starting up if i hit the nexus icon on my controller my screen will flicker and then the hdmi shuts off and i have to completely shut my xbox off once this happens in order to get my comsole to work again. I have not noticed this on any other game except this one.  So what is going on with your updates or game?
