Black screen on changing maps

When i am changing the maps i receive a black screen and the loading flash. Is there hard instead of switching from server to server (cause there is not a single server when connecting to map) to have a server that is switching maps? Don't you see that your virtual infrastructure is slow and is suitable for the amount of people playing there? I am tired of quiting the game and rejoining. I am not a pro player and i am playing for fun but like this i would want my 110 euro's back.
