Black screen when exiting.
Hi all, I run into the problem of black screen when exiting. After I finish playing I quit to main menu (which is ok, no problems there), but whenever I try to exit to desktop it did but then the whole screen is black and except for my mouse nothing else works. The computer was not overheating, and I tried tip such as turning off certain features of Origin and setting the screen to borderless but it does not work. I do not have the problems when playing BF4. Anyone knows what is going on ?

Have you tried the following steps?
1. Clear Origin Cache: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/
2. Uninstall/Reinstall Origin: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/origin/origin/manually-uninstalling-origin/
3. Make sure you're running the most current version of Windows: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4028685/windows-10-get-the-update
4. Turn off the Origin in-game Overlay in the Origin Launcher
5. Repair the game files in Origin
