Black screen when trying to playe BF Hardline?

Everytime I try to join a game, a black screen will show up and it just stays there. Wont do anything. Sometimes I can hear the music or the "news report" but it wont bring me into the game. It also ...

I had this same issue too.

I did the following things to fix it:

Re-installed the game (Delete the BFH folder in my documents too)

When launching the game, pressed Alt+Enter (This makes the game go windowed mode)

That fix it for me, dont know if it will for you but I was getting exactly the same problem and now I can play fine!
