amd driver package 14.301 belong to the 14.9 driver. There's a 14.12 driver out you should try:
If the updated driver doesn't fix the issue try reinstalling DirectX and VC using the installers found in:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\BFH\__Installer
I have done this process. Reinstalled DirectX and Visual C ++ directly from the files found in: C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\BFH\__Installer
Remember to reboot 🙂
