Where i wrote "NUMBERS", its a lot of numbers, maybe hexadecimal.

This usually comes down to how and where the bonus content was redeemed. Make sure you’re logged into the same EA account that was used for the purchase and that the code (if there was one) was redeemed on the correct platform store.
Some bonus items don’t show up immediately either — a few are tied to specific updates or seasons, so they unlock later rather than right away. Restarting the game after a full update can also help. If you’re accessing the EA App or store from different networks (for example when using premium US proxies), it’s also worth double-checking that your account region and platform match the original purchase.
If it’s still missing after that, the safest option is to contact EA Support with proof of purchase. It’s a bit slow sometimes, but they can usually confirm whether the bonus is attached to your account or not.
