Can you legally boost in a rent a server in bf3 without getting banned from ea?

Well what do you mean in boosting? You can join No KIll only Flagrun servers since its legal 🙂

No, boosting is not allowed and will result in beinng reset to level 0 as a first offense warning. Repeat offenses can result in bans up to and including an EA Ban where you will not be able to play online with any of your EA games.
