Oh they know. Called EA explained everything gave them all the info i had and their "specialist " says sorry nothing we can do on this end even though EA owns the servers they tell me to come over here on the forums and post and they just get ignored or deleted. Pay for 3 servers for players to play in which are always full and can't do anything about it
