Bought a Premium Code

Hello, let me go ahead and apologize because I'm quite angry. So, please take that into consideration as I post this.

I recently bought a premium code for battlefield three from gamestop this morning before I went to work. After getting home, I decided I would type the code in and download all the updates, since most of my friends have the addon and said it could take a bit of time to download. I type everything in and it says my code is invalid. So, with the 30 minutes I have to spare before gamestop closes, I rush up to the store and ask them what the problem seems to be. They tell me to check the code and type it in again, I asked for a new code, but they responded with; "We didn't make the game, we just sell them. If you're having issues beyond what we said, you may need to contact EA." So, here I am. Contacting you. I hope someone can get back to me soon. I don't like wasting my money.
