Bought Battlefield 3 premium for PC and no download option

I already own BF3 and i bought the premium edition when it went on sale in order to get all the DLC. I have the receipt for my purchase, money was charged from me, and i have the order number and everything however no order appears in my order history  and there is no way for me to download the DLC it says  still have to purchase it.
