Bought Battlefield 4 Premium Edition, But Premium was not Unlocked on Battlelog

I also have this problem, I recently bought battlefield 4 premium on the Xbox one market place and when I couldn't create an emblem or customize much of anything I bought the disc (for less than half the price of premium) nothing changed besides some the maps I had also downloaded so I can play particular game modes finally registered as downloaded. How can I create an emblem and do more than just look at everything that I have for my soldier?
