Bought BF3 PREMIUM Edition, didn't get premium?

So i just purchased Battlefield 3: Premium Edition from origin, but when it started downloading in origin it was only the limited edition. In my purchase history it says i have bought: Product Name:...

wildpigs, please contact Live Support.

Click this link https://help.ea.com/contact-us?product=battlefield-3 and select Billing/Purchasing from Category then select Platform.

You should see a button at the bottom of the page called LIVE CHAT.

If you live within the US/Canada you will have an option to CALL.
