Bought the Battlefield short cut kit support bundle
Purchased the mentioned kit but my weapons is still lock. Been trying to contact EA support only to receive an auto reply.

@Rettobmia on which platform are you playing? If on console go back and redownload the shortcut pack as it's possible you purchased it and it either didn't download or is stuck in preinstallation phase. Which weapons are not unlocked, all of them, some of them such as DLC weapons like @IIPrest0nII mentioned?
It's battlefield 1. Attached a photo of weapons for support which are still unlock.
Just like @IIPrest0nII said and @ragnarok013 mentioned, all weapons but the Huot Optical belong to the 2 DLCs and won´t be unlocked by shortcut packs.
You need to buy the Premium Pass or the expansion packs to unlock them.

I have the Premium Pass. The weapons are still locked. The weapons that I have currently is the same as before I purchased the the BF 1 short kit support bundle. So the final question is what's the point of buying this bundle?
The DLC weapons will be unlocked when you´ll have completed the tasks, you can see them in "Weapons & Gadgets".
To point this out again, the shortcut kit does not unlock any DLC weapon.
I´m sorry, but in your case buying that shortcut bundle was rather useless, maybe it has unlocked a pistol or some gadgets, but it has no effect on your primary support weapons.
You should ask your store for a refund, maybe they´ll understand your situation, otherwise your money would be wasted.
I know that this is bad news, but hopefully you´ll get your money back.
