Bought the Battlefield short cut kit support bundle
Purchased the mentioned kit but my weapons is still lock. Been trying to contact EA support only to receive an auto reply.

Hi there! this just happened to me but I paid $35.00 for this. Did you ever asked for a refund? like some said in the email thread, that crap maybe just unlocked one or two weapons for me, other than that a complete waste of money, I just got it yesterday but I hope I can get a refund.
Hi, @Vince45mm Downloadable content (DLC) and in-game currencies are not refundable if purchased separately.
