Bought the game, but it is not available for download

Mail it proof of purchase, the game is visible in the library, but it can not be loaded! Help, what do I do? Money was removed, and the game I can not download!

    Please re-install your Origin client and then run it in Administrator mode.

    I had the same issue and then realised I had bought the DLC content only....😕mileyembarrassed:
