Just got off of Live Chat. The guy was very helpful. He basically unlocked the expansions so I can play them. I'm not exactly sure why they didn't unlock when I bought them, but if you have the same problem, make sure to contact EA.
Try going to "My games" and then clicking on the limited edition, then click on the "i"
I believe there it will show you the available DLC, although I'm not sure if it will let you download it there.
Yep, I'm looking at the DLC. It won't let me download them, it says I still need to pay for them like they didn't unlock when I bought the Premium Edition.

Follow these instructions below to "Contact a Game Advisor".
Click this link https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/ask
Under the "What Can We Help You With?" add some information regarding the problem you have.
Click the "Find Solutions" button.
Type the product in relation to your question where it says "Select Product" field.
Select from the Department and then select PC/Mac/Mobile.
Click the "Find Solutions" button.
Click the "I Still Need Help" button.
Select from the "Live Chat", "Call Me" and "Email Me" options!
Remember Accept as Solution & add some XP if this answered the question!
