my friend bought bf4 for his laptop but needless to say it wouldnt even begin to run the game so he sold it to me.. well i cant activate it as it says the code is already used... is there a way i can reset the code or am i just screwed out of the money i payed?
the only way than to play the game is to use the origin account from your friend , or give it back to your friend , or buy a new game
First tell your friend broke the Policy TOS rules and may get in big trouble for doing that second only way you can play the game again is to use his account also you can report him for doing this to support so action can be taken against him be sore to have his details before you contact them and to contact support
