BT4 Installation on PC with no Internet.

I have recently  Purchased BT4 CD for  PC from retail store. I wish to install on a PC with no internet Connection. I have acces to internet on another PC with extremely fast internet 

Is this possible

    Unfortunately, you do need an internet connection to verify your account. Once verified, you can only play the campaign offline, no multiplayer (obviously).

    i am able to verify my account but it still want to download game even though i have the CD and a back up save on my hard drive ?
