I can confirm this issue. Instead of getting an operation battlepack you only get the regular battlepack which you also get after playing a certain amount of games and gather the required XP for it.
It worked fine on the last operation but since they updated the new operation there is this bug now occuring.
Please fix it 🙂

You can play through an Operation campaign in 2-3 hours.
Or do you think there is no difference between the two pictures?

this is so ridiculous，I grind score for 30 min a day just for another regular create ☹️
This bug is so annoying and all EA Help keep doing is referring me back to this page on Answers HQ! They don't seem to understand that no one has an answer and the they need to fix the issue!
From what I see the issue has been solved and the normal battlepack has been exchanged with an operation battlepack.

How do you explain the following?
-For the first time after 6 years, the price of the Operations battlepack is only 20,000 points.
-Last time, why was the break between Operation campaigns two weeks long?
-The price of the Operations battlepack is again 25,000 points
-The Operation campaign reward is a standard battlepack (ultimate revison)
-In the current 31-day Operation campaign, after 8 days the reward changed back to the Operation battlepack
Today I will play an Operation campaign, because I want to know whether the content of the Operation battlepack has not changed.
