Bug ranks

Anyone have a tip on how to get rid of the bug on battlefield 1 ps4 with the ranks of your weapons, it was level 10 and now 0, how is this possible?

    This is something Dice will need to fix I'm afraid. It's something they've working on following reports for several weeks ago, but hasn't been solved yet. All we can do is be patient and await a fix, unfortunately.
