Buying expansion with promotion code
I am trying to but the French expansion and it won't let me use a promotion code given to me by EA Support Team that has no expiration date. Is there any solution to this?

Have you tried to buy the game via web version of Origin Store www.origin.com ? Also, I think you will need to contact EA support again for assistance with this.
I'm trying to contact them about this but their chat button is greyed out along with the call me button as well.

I also had sum issues with EA but actually I was pleasantly surprised how helpful and quick they resolved the issue, I communicated with them via chat. Just be clear what the issue is and what you want from them.
