Buying problems

Im trying to buy battlefield 3 preumium edition for my pc because it on a sale and the sales ends today im trying to buy it and when i use my debit card it says payment unorthrised and the i try to use my paypal and it says 'we're very sorry, but we're currently experiencing technical difficulties. Error: SIT_000002' so i dont know what that means but i really wanna buy it and its not working to can someone from origin fix this TODAY before the deal ends
