Hi,I been playing this game since launch, I even went to Dice headcuarters here in Stockholm during the alphas.Now, Even I been playing to get the dogtag and summer mission call to action, I don't have it. Of course it was imposible to track it before... but anyway I am 1000% sure I did 3 wins in operations full during the days that was needed.It's kind of annoying, since, its a serie of 3 missions and for an item so I will like to see if there is any solution to this.hope you can asnwer.

Hey @ReEpEReT, as @Its_Travis_199 mentioned, the dog tag was awarded to the players that did the assignment in June and will be awarded by July 31st to players who completed it in July. But if I see that correctly, you should have received it as of today. Could you launch the game again and check if you received it?

If you complete the mission in time, you’ll get the Call to Action Dog Tag (rewarded on July 31) and a Squad XP Boost (login between July 23 and July 30 to receive this.)
If you won't receive Dog Tag after 31st July, please contact with EA Advisor.

If you did the Summer mission in July, you should get awarded with the Tag on July 31.

Just for those who completed the Challenge back in June as it was Live for the first time, this people got it automaticly awarded with the last Update!

@ReEpEReTI completed the summer mission in June, so I got it after the last update, if you completed the summer task of July 15-23, please wait patiently😉

Same thing also happened to me but I did it late on the second go around for the call to action and I redeemed the mission but nothing has happened. No do boost and can't find it in the mission tracker. This really ticks me off. I need help.

Hey @Amjoxen,

have you received the Dog Tag already, that was two days ago - as for the squad boost, give it some time, the 31st is just around the corner.

Hello Amjoxen,

If you did the "Call to Action" Mission this Month, you should receive the Tag by July 31st, or a couple days after.

Make sure you log into the game first on your Platform, instead of checking the Companion App first. The Companion App does not update until you log into the game on your designated Platform.

If it does not show up right away on your Platform, try playing a couple matches of Conquest or something, so your account syncs.

Hello OtiTheLwtHakanW7,
I'm sorry to hear about the issues you are experiencing.
Have you logged into your Battlefield 1 game on your designated platform and made sure the Dog Tag was there?
Sometimes if you check the Companion App on Mobile first, it does not sync with your account until you log into your account on your designated Platform.
Also, if you did log into the Game first, have you tried playing a couple rounds of Conquest to make sure your account synced up?
If none of these steps work, please allow another day or two for the Dog Tag to be distributed.
If you did the Community Mission, I'm more than positive it will show up for you.
