@Navigando "Gemini" Dog Tag should be unlocked (after June 26) for those who completed Gemini Mission, I also have this tag.

No, nobody have it yet. I think they got some trouble with this Mission/Dogtag cause if you noticed, this one was never added to the Game at all.
Other mission Tags we could already see In-game as the Missions was going Live.
So this Dog Tag will probably just get addet to the Game with a future Update.
No idea why DICE have shown up this Mission already and called out a Date for it, if it's even not possible to unlock yet.
