Campaign 100%, Full game 64%. Battlefield 4 PS4

Basically I've bought battlefield 4 solid copy (in amazon bundle with killzone for PS4) and I've played the campaign a few times and played multiplayer whilst I had the 2 day free trial. I bought a 365 day subscription from amazon UK for PSN plus but I had to make a new account to use the code, I've now put the disk in the playstation and it's gone through all this downloading stuff and now I'm stuck it's stopped on a page that says Campaign 100% and full game 64%, all I can hear is the playstation making a whirring sound of a disk speeding up and slowing down (annoying as hell).

The game has been stuck at 7% for a few hours then suddenly jumped to 64%, 4 days later IT'S STILL AT 64% (No I do not have a bad connection, everything to do with my internet is fine and it's plugged in with an ethernet cable. The is no problem with that either)

Don't just comment "oh, I have the same problem" it's just a pain in the ass, for finding a solution for me or anyone who reads this just click the button which says 'me too' if you have got the problem

If anyone has any answers PLEASE HELP!!!!!
