How long has it been since you completed these assignments?
It will take a little time for this to be reflected accurately on Battlelog, so this could be the reason for the delay.

I have done every level on hard and found every collectible even though one of
them glitched on Kunlun - common problem it seems - and completed every assignment along the way
thinking when I did all 3 endings the achievments would pop (Full
Arsenal/Above&Beyond) like one of the videos here suggest, but none at all,
nothing. Supposedly it thinks I don't have all the assignments?? Why? so
frustrating
