I fixed it first tried to run the game and hit Ctrl+F4 until it said the game was work correctly said no it will down the setting to low automatically if not solve that yet down the graphics setting to low without AA These solution will solve it after you pass the door reset your settings to ultra..
Dude, what the hell are you even saying?
- I mean .. Change The graphics setting to low and disable the anti-aliasing, it worked with me.
