Campaign Progress Reset Upon Computer Crash
Product: Battlefield 1
Platform:PC
Summarize your bug Hi everyone, I have seen similar problems to mine but I haven't been able to find a fix. I nearly had everything collected (as in Codex Entries and Field Manuals) in the campaign, and had completed all of the War Stories. One day I was loading in my game for multiplayer, and my computer crashed. One anomaly I had noticed is that my second monitor, that runs off my CPU's integrated graphics, lost input from my CPU, but my main monitor, running off my GTX 1070, still had an input. After pressing the reset button on my PC case, I had started BF1 only to see that it had put me in the "Storm of Steel" prologue. I thought this might have been a small glitch, so I played through it only to see all of my campaign progress and collectibles have been reset! I had already turned off cloud saving & started the BF1 Executable as admin, but to no avail. I appreciate any help greatly. Also, I had been recording the loading screen by accident when the crash occurred and it didn't save, unfortunately.
